Seems to happen randomply, but my structures and labels disappear when synchronizing. Anyone know how to stop this from happening?
Need more detail on what is happening. They are disapearing from the drawing or from prospector? Are the pipe networks data shortcut? How often is it happening? How did you get them back?

Don't know about your lol, doesn't sound like too much fun. Sounds too random: sometimes it happens, happens in all projects, sometimes from profile view and prospector, sometimes just from profile view, happens to structures but not to the pipes. (What about in plan view?)
Hopefully someone with a little deeper knowledge will chime in here.
Meanwhile, can you post your hardware & software spec's? Could be useful in diagnosis.

instead of syncronizing, what happens if you close the drawing and re-open it. does anything disappear then?
Will post specs asap. The damage is permanently done, save or no save, sync, or no sync, once they disappear, they are gone. I have to unload xref's, resync, then the structures come back, then I have to relabel them all. I'm guessing it might have something to do with our structure styles themselves, or a networking issue (which might also explain why our drawings are being saved to tmp files half the time) but not sure.

If you are having save problems with your drawings then I would investigate a network issue as you said. This should be your prime suspect.
