Storm Structure Rotates Automatically

I have an issue with headwalls rotating.  When I rotate the headwall structure to 90 degrees from the pipe, the structure rotates back automatically.  Is there a way to lock the position of the structure?

Appears to be a known but with the style, the structure resets in the style (Plan view only) when edited. The actual rotation definition does not change.

 

The only current fix / workaround is to change the style to show the 3D object in plan view then the structure will not rotate.
