Stationing Question

I am doing a job for the CORPS of Engineers and they was the baseline stationing along a levee in a different format.

instead of 740+00, they want m7/40+00.00 ...m for mile and the "/" after the mile number. How do i do this, or is it possible?

So "X"/52+80 would be the largest station number?

At this point I think I will get off the "tracks". Wait for Jeff or Matt
(either one). If this is longer than a mile, then end to end alignments
(max. 5280') would seem to be in play.

The job is several miles long. I would think that each mile of alignment will have to be seperate in order for the stationing to start back over at "X"/00+00.00. I'm mainly wondering if i can automatically generate the prefix "m7/" before each staion label.

I completely understand. It will take one of the local gurus to get you a
fix, if it is possible.

Here's a screencast of what I think you are looking for: http://screencast.com/t/uKbbjOkBdWql

And the labels: http://screencast.com/t/Oqo2ByWV6U

Matt has a different view of what it should look like.

Matt's solution for the miles value is better, I couldn't seem to find the Trancate Rounding so I used an expression. http://screencast.com/t/sFkVRFhm6

Sorry can't help. I don't have 2008.

Create the label style with two parts, the miles stationing without the +
(station marker) and the other in feet with the station marker.
