Stage Storage 2012

We are finding that the Stage Storage tool in 2012 leaves contour polylines in the drawing when done.

The method that I am using is to Define Basin from Surface Contours. I can create the report as expected or insert it into the drawing. But when I am done it leaves contour polylines in the drawing.

The 2010 version appears to temporarily place polylines into the drawing but removes them when the dialog box is closed.

Is there a setting in the Stage Storage tool that I am missing which will have the contours automatically removed from the drawing?

Hi Norman,

This was a known issue in Civil 3D 2012 which has been fixed in Civil 3D 2013.

Thanks,

FYI, immediately after using the Stage Storage Volume tool in Civil 3D 2012, simply do an UNDO, and your surface will restore itself.
