I am creating a water line drawing. The owner wants all angle points to be labeled with northing, easting ccoordiantes and an invert elevation. I have created a surface spot label to place the coordiantes and surface elevation. Is there a way to have it read the surface and subtract say 42 inches?
Yes using an expression in the Surface Spot Elevation Label Style, name the expression such as Surface-3.5, create the expression such as {Surface Elevation}-3.5
Go to the Layout tab of Label Style Composer for Surface Style and select Surface-3.5 (or whatever name you chose) to apply the expression to label.
