Specific Plotter Printing Lines Merged when set to Lines Overwrite

We have a two printers in our office, one for 8.5 x 11 up to 11 x 17  and another that does 24 x 36

While I print this drawing 11x17 its fine, but not when I switch to the 24x36 (different printer).

The problem is on my profile the piperuns and other hatched objects are printing lines merged, I want it to print Lines Overwrite, since this is printer specific and only occuring on one of the two printers, I checked the setting, but its set to print Lines Overwrite.

When you preview the dwg, it appears Lines Overwrite, but when it prints it prints Lines Merged.

Converting to PDF (the programs function) does the same thing.

Converting to PDF (using a different program) does the same thing.

Is there something I am missing, a drawing setting perhaps?

My Coworker found out that the "Plot Transparency box" needed to be checked when plotting.

I hate this program.

Perhaps Etch a Sketch will work.
