Softlock license error

Hello,

I'm using civil 2014 with a network license. The license comes from a single license server.

Every time I start civil, I got an softlock license error.

- The latest version of the NLM was installed on the server.

- I've got a new license file from autodesk

- Every user has full access to c:\ProgramData\FLEXnet folder

- I've downloaded civil 2014 from the subscription center via browser download.

- The flexnet service started at boot.

According to the license server, the license goes out. The only strange thing is, that the FLEXnet folder remains empty.

I couldn't find more solutions for this problem. If anyone can help me, you would have my thanks.

Did you Google "AutoCAD Softlock Error"? There are many articles with solutions.

Yes, I googled this problem and find many solutions, but nothing fixed my problem.

I deleted the files in the FLEXnet folder, I reinstalled Civil with a full cleanup of the system before, I installed Civil on another system, I restarted all services with Autodesk and FLEXnet and so on.

Civil 2013 worked fine. Just Civil 2014 is not going to start.

I take a look at the license server once again. When I start civil, a license is going out, but the softlock license manager didn't get it.

The installation is the same as civil 2013, the new NLM ist installed and it's a new license file.

All ideas turn into an dead end.

There is an installation and licensing forum:
