I tested this on my machine and was able to sign in and sign out multiple times without issue. Do you get any sort of error message? What happens if you sign in as a different user? What happens if you sign in on a different machine?
Actually can't sign out from my Laptop and can't sign in from my desktop - as soon as I hit the button , the screen greys and fades (typically a precursor to a crash in my experience) and the the crash. I have sent in CER's each time (about 10 in the last few days)
Perhaps I'll raise a customer support request....

I had a look at your CERs and I see all the recent ones, but unfortunately I do not see anything that provides a clue.
Just out of curiosity, what happens if you kill the internet connection from your laptop then try to sign out? Are you using wired or wireless connections?
Laptop is wireless and desktop is wired
I'll try the internet connection trick and report back later.

I would also try hooking up to a different wireless SSID and see if you can log out.
error message at crash time....and no internet connection message (at least Civil 3d didn't crash....but it did as soon as i switched my connection back on.
P.S. Adesk 360 worked fine a week or so ago

As mentioned in the new support case, can you please try to download and install Autodesk Sync 2013 Service Pack 1:
Autodesk Sync 2013 Service Pack 1
Thanks,

Klaus
I've replied to the support case and attached a swf video of the problem - no difference in behaviour when AdSync was patched

Despite the previous messag,e the update seems to have been installed but still the same problem with 360.....if, as Autodesk would have us believe, the Cloud is the way forward I'm not too impressed with this so far....

After researching this issue, I think we need to determine what the differences are between the two machines. Anything you can think of might be helpful:
Internet Explorer version
Windows version
Security Updates
The 360 stuff had worked prior to installation of a 3rd party Addin. I removed the Addin and reinstalled it and 360 now seems to be working again

Great news! Thank you for updating and letting us know it was a 3rd party conflict which was causing the issue.

I couldn't say for sure if the 3rd party software was the culprit as I've also had a load of Windows Update since the problem started......

I've done the same procedure on my laptop and all seems to be working as expected
