You're looking for "Project Object to Profile" (there's one for cross section too).

  1. Pick your profile view (the grid not the actual profile)
  2. The ribbon should change and you'll see "Project Object to Profile".
  3. It's going to prompt you to select the object to project.
  4. After you've done that, it's going to ask you to select the profile view in which to show it.  This is a bug that Adesk knows about -- the only way to show this tool is to select the profile view so why do you have to select it now?
