Shift to add selcetion not working

Can someone verify this problem for me. I think Raster Design 2007 makes my
shift to add selection non functioning inside Civil 3D 2007. If I run plain
C3D and use shift to add it works fine. As soon as I go to image=>insert and
Raster Design loads then my shift to add stops working.

Please verify this if anyone is using RD2007 on C3D2007
Thanks

yeah,,,, there is something about raster design that helps you select the
image or whatever. i am not feeling very helpful but i promise it isnt your
imagination. it can be turned off.

Perhaps it is changing your PICKADD system variable. Check to make sure it is still set the way you want it.

Bites everyone, has for years - see attached image and remove the check-mark
in your options.

Pickadd does the same thing as the options menu. I have a feeling it's the
shift select that's built into Rasterdesign that alows you to select the
image with out having to be zoomed out to see the border. Now it makes
sense.

that is great thanks for the heads up. So in doing this I will have to zoom
out on an image to get a selection I suppose?

Yes, you will need to be able to select the Image frame.

Or have it part of a previous selection set.

You could try this: (Setq Image1 (ssget)) - Select the image.

When next asked to select the image enter !Image1 at the command line.
This will work until you close the drawing.
