Setbacks for Typical Lots

It's nice that there is a feature for frontage on a lot, except for the fact
that with the lots here that number needs to corrospond either with a 25'
front yard setback, or 65' back from that if the lot gets smaller at the
back. To achieve this there is still the front end work to get the proper
lines in before making it a parcel. Doesn't anyone have any tips for this,
or am I missing something in there that allows a person to easily accomplish
this?

Thanks!

That's been brought to autodesk's attention already. One thing that might
work is to create the ROW parcel with a width that would put it at the front
offset line. After the lots are created reduce the width on the ROW parcel
to the actual width. Just a thought. I haven't tried it because I haven't
done any subdivision work with it yet.

I agree. I get users asking me all the time why lot sizing in LDT and now C3D designs from the ROW when in virtually all cases, especially on curves the width is at a setback.
