Saving / Exporting a 3D Spec Catalog

I work with our engineering support staff, and we are attempting to limit where we enter data so that less and less repetitive work happens. Given this, is there a way to save out the Spec Catalog in Autocad 2013 3D in a fashion that it is able to be opened in a web browser.

I would like to put the information in Autocad and then export or Save as and let the file be pushed into documentum and then have our end users be able to see a non-write enabled file via our intranet at the location in question.

Any hints or tips would be appreciated. I am well versed in servers and IT work, but new to Autocad.
