Will the Survey side of Civil3d ever get a major update?

Its very old and clunky?? It does not seem to have been touched in some time.....

If there were to be a major update and due to Autodesk being traded on the NASDAQ:ADSK, they are not allowed to give any info.

Realistically though:  Probably Not.

I doubt it. It's been 10 years and the survey side has seen very little updates except for Survey Query.

I have not seen any real updates since the old DCA days.  Then only thing that i have seen is changes to make the DOS program run in Windows.  I gave up and any real survey updates years ago.

Don't want to sound too pessimistic, but there are just not enough surveyors willing to pay the money taht would be required to do a major upgrade to it.
