SP2 and Corridor Crashing

I have installed SP2 and now when I am creating a corridor and click "Set All Logical Names" it crashes without any remorse. All pcs in the office do this to and they all have SP2. Any ideas, fixes, or am I just out of look until SP3?

Run a repair is always the first line of defense.

The repair did not work. I still have the same crash as before. Any other ideas? Reinstall and do not install SP2?

Is this a specific drawing file that you are working with or all the time? I'm not having any problems on a bunch of files here. If it is a specific drawing you may want to look at an audit/wblock to try cleaning up the file, also maybe landxml the alignment and profile into a fresh file.

This is not drawing specific. I am also running into the problem when I try to create assemblies. It was crash when I attempt to add the first part.

I have decided to uninstall and reinstall only up to service pack 1. Just to let you people know. One negative vote for SP2 right here.

I would like to get the drawing. We are not aware of this type of problem
related to SP2. If you send it to me, we can take a look.

Thanks,

In re-reading the thread it sounds like you do not think it is drawing
specific.

Any other info regarding your specific installation? When you get the crash
please submit the Customer Error Report. That may help us resolve the
issue.

Thanks,

Dan

I have found my problem is not drawing related. I have reinstalled Autocad and still have the problem without SP2. So do take back my previous comment about the pack. I have forwarded my issue to AutoCAD Tech Support and I hope they can resolve my issue.

So, you have AutoCAD Side-by-side with Civil 3D and that is causing the
problem?

Not really sure if I am understanding your question, I am running Civil 3D and that is crashing when I create assemblies or corridors. As far as running side-by-side with AutoCAD, Civil 3D runs with Autocad, like any of their other software titles.

What do you mean by re-installing AutoCAD? I interpreted that as AutoCAD
installed on the same machine as Civil 3D.

All I have is Civil3D, no plain AutoCAD CD.
