I installed civil 3d 2015 this morning and inserted a SID image to see if the image would shift in the viewport. Sure enough it did shift and it did not matter if the viewport was rotated or not. Whenever I would zoom in or out the image would shift off of the line work. Also when I inserted the image with raster design, it came in at the wrong location. Any thoughts?
