I got into a drawing someone else created that has several xrefs in it.  The drawing has been rotated in model space.  I am trying to xref a drawing into it and the xref is inserted way out in space when it should overlay on the drawing.  Any hints on what might have happened?

The drawing also comes in at the wrong orientation.  The drawings is rotated 90 degrees and the drawing comes in not rotated.
