Ribbon turns green and freezes the program; MTEXT not work !!!

Hi, I have two problems with Civil 3D 2012. The first is that when I edit a MTEXT I get abox that says:

The second problem is that when working with the ribbon, it turns green and freezesthe program, and I must reboot to continue working ...

There will be some service pack for these mistakes uncorrected??

Can you type DTEXTED and set it to 1? See if that helps unlocking. Also hit CTRL key to see if that helps.

There could be a service pack if it's determined that the problem is reproducable.

Is it possible that you have some third-party add-ons for Civil 3D which aren't built especially for Civil 3D 2012?
