Reports cause ivil 3D to freeze

When I run .Net reports from the toolbox, Civil 3D freezes. It doesn't fatal error but it becomes unresponsive so I have to restart.

Anyone else encounter this? Running C3D2013.

I was thinking it might be an issue with permissions so I was going to try and repath the report but I can't even find the DLL files....so maybe that's the problem...

Hi Kevin,

The required .dll C3DReport.dll should be located at C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2013\enu\Data\Reports\Net

You may try repairing Microsoft .NET Framework.

Alternatively, you may want to try generating the report with other format or create a new report following the steps in the blog below:
