Removing spurious menubar entries

I have uninstalled an Add-on (Holebase SI) and unloded the menu via MENULOAD but the menu keeps appearing after restarting Civil 3D - how can I permanently remove this?

Can you delete it in the CUI? If that doesn't work there may be a registry entry that's causing that.

I would suggest renaming the CUIX to .ZIP and look in it for an additional CUI file created from your uninstalled program. If it's there, remove it.

Thanks to both of you for the replies - I couldn't delete from the CUI as that option was greyed out (?) but I could see the path to the cuix file so I went there, renamed it and it seems to have gone now....:)
