Raster Design 2012 not working with Civil 3D 2012 after update 2.1

After installing Update 2.1 for Civil 3D, Raster doesn't seem to be working.  When I go to use a Raster function, I get FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x01b8 Exception at 6e545df5h.

I've tried repairing and re-installing Raster and nothing has changed.

Does anyone have a solution?

Have you tried a complete/clean uninstall of all the programs per Autodesk Tech Doc TS45252?

I would rather not uninstall and re-install everything, that's very time consuming and shouldn't be necessary in order for this program to work. 

I'm looking for other ideas before I try this.

Are both Raster Design support paths listed in your Options dialog, Files tab?

Yes, both support files are there.....
