Questions in importing from windes to civil 3d

Hi,

Our company is contemplating importing windes model to civil 3D.

I had created a customized Rectangular Manhole 2-Tier part family in part builder.

I've check my part builder and I think everything is doing right. But when I import .SWS file (from Microdrainage Windes)

going to C3D 2012 a warning in command line (see Image) is appearing...I don't understand why this structure is not available,

the fact that when I checked my parts list it's included. The pipe catalog is also set... I think the problem is on how to relate

the structure dimension (SIW/SIL) to microdrainage windes.

Does anyone knows on how am I going to solve this?..your comments and suggestions are most appreciated.
