Quantification from Civil 3d

Can we do quantification throgh civil 3d if yes pls can you provide some references for that.

can you further specify what sort of quantification you mean.
In Civil 3D you can do "Material and Quantity Analysis". As reference please have a look at the online help and tutorial files:
