Property Line in Sections

Has anyone figured out a good method to show a
property line in section views similar to the way we did it in Land?  I
just want to see a vertical line in the section view with a label that says PL
or something.

Matt:

If there is an alignment defined corresponding to the property line, you can
use the profile grade points feature within each of the sections properties.
You can even create a marker style that shows PL.

The only problem is that I think you have to do this for each of the
sections individually.

Hopefully, someone will give you a better answer.

Thanks Drew. That will do the trick. I certainly hope there is, or will
be, a way to get those to show in my section views all at once instead of
one at a time. Cool, but very time consuming with 100+ sections.

The easy way to get your pline to show in the section view... or at least I
think it is easy. Create a offset assembly left and right of your current
assemby and have it transition to a alignment that follows your pline. For
the offset assemblies I just use a vertical link that projects to the
current surface. Property lines show up for the whole corridor no problem.

Hope this helps.

That sounds like a good idea. I tried that already, but it didn't work. I
tried in in 2005, however. I'll give it another shot. Thanks for the
suggestion.
