Project objects to profile view - using surface elevations

I've been using this tool to project 3D Polylines to my profile view and the line doesn't look like it picks up an elevation at every TIN line that it crosses - only from the two end points of the line. So my lines aren't actually representing the surface at that line. Is there a way to make the line pick up all the elevations of the tin lines??? Thanks...

Turn it into a feature line and apply surface elevations to it making sure
you specify that intermediate grade break points are added.

I am still getting the same results. I doesn't seem to recongnize the elevations where it crosses the TIN, just the beginning and ending points.

Hmmm, I suppose because they are elevation points and not PI's. I never
actually tried. If you explode that you should get a 3D polyline with those
points turn into PI's.
