Profiles relative to each other

Is there a way to make profiles respond dynamically to each other?  For example, if I have a top curb profile and a gutter profile which is set .5' below the top curb, can I make the gutter profile change automatically when the top curb profile changes?  Essentially say the gutter is always .5' lower then the top curb, dynamcially?

Thanks!

I think this can be accomplished if one or the other is superimposed into the profile view.  I could be wrong.  I would have to test it.
