I couldn't figure out how to change the text size in profile view. I mean the elevation texts on both left and right of profile, and also station texts.
Could some one show me please!

Follow the below steps to change elev & station texts:
1. Select profile view -> right click -> "Edit Profile View Style"
2. In "Profile View Style - <...>" -> under "Axes Annotation" tab
For Elev. Texts:
4. Right side -> under "Vertical axis" -> "Select axis:" drop down -> select "Left"
5. under "Major tick details" -> below "Text height:" -> change the text height.
In step4. select "Right" and repeat step 5.
Repeat same for "Minor tick details" (N/A if you have not used)
To add or modify the text color or alignment click on text button (looks like A)
for Station texts
Left side -> under "Horizontal axis" -> first select either "Top/Bottom"
Change "Major Tick detials" & "Minor Tick details".
You can also go this setting from "Toolspace" -> "Settings" tab -> "Profile View" -> "Profile View Styles" -> select the style in use (marked with triangle) -> right click -> "Edit"
My message was not clear. Actually, I meant that I wanted to change text height, colors for elevation numbers;
example: 810, 820, 830....and stationing 0+00, 1+00, 2+00.....

I understood your query and my suggestion was to change the elevation and station text heights, colors.

Yes, I followed your instructions to do it, but it just changed the word "ELEVATION" on left and right, the word "STATION" both top and bottom, BUT it DID NOT change the elevation NUMBERS and STATIONING.
Any other suggestions?

I tested the steps explained in the attached document on my system on Profile-3.dwg file.
Please go thru the steps and please let me know if I am missing anything.
I created an AVI file, however, because of size constraint I was unable to attach.
