Profile view band style question...

Is it possible to have the profile view band NOT show text when no relevant information exists in that station range? (Please see attached PNG file.)

Thanks.

I'm not seeing any way to turn off or hide prefix text when typed into the Text Component Editor for the FG & EG elevation text.

If I add prefix text to the Band I see the same behavior here.

Adding an if then expression should do this with ease.

There is you just have to fool the program 😉

You build it in one of the other compartments (in this case I would use profile label).  Then build the label the way you want to see it in the label composer and copy and paste that into your band style.  I have found that this little hack tends to work for several pieces in C3D that do not have expressions available.  It's just a matter of tinkering and finding the one that will let you do it.

Not sure what "if-then" parameters one would use, espeically if you had to hack an expression from another label style.

Can you not use an expression for the text height in the label style? similar to : if(profileelevation i=0 , 0.08,0)
