How do I create a profile of a underground pipe if I have 4 top of pipe elevations that were surved in the field?

One way is to snap to these top pipe elevation nodes using a 3dpolyline.

 

Home Tab>Create Design Panel>Pipe Network>Create Pipe Network From Object>

Select 3dpoly>check on "use vertex elevations">Vertex Elevation Reference>Outside Top

 

Once Pipe Network has been created look into the "Draw Parts in Profile View" command to

get the network to display in the profile view.

 

Or create a couple of profile lines representing the pipe walls.
