Looks like you have to alter your region around the curve. Possibly remove the daylightand hand grade around the curve

this is the only solution. have some 20 regions. is complicated and manually edit

Well you haveto change something, your grading criterior is simply not matching the location. How can the area round the curve be 30 regions?

The daylights are overlapping. Copy the Assembly used in this area, change the daylight subassembly of the new assembly to omit the daylkight link, split the region between the stations where the daylights begin to overlap, use the new assembly for this region, set the surface targets, rebuild.
