Problem Inserting Image from Google Earth

I am trying to import an aerial image using import google earth image. When I use this I am getting an error pop up saying that "Google Earth does not appear to be started. To Import the Google Earth view into AutoCAD, start Google Earth and orient the view to the area of interest."

I have Google Earth open, and have the view oriented to the area of interest and still coming up with same error. Please Help if possible.
Thanks,
Daniel

I haven't been able to download images or surfaces using Google Earth 5. I had to install a previous version of Google Earth to import into Civil 3D.

At some point, Google Earth made a change to how much data could be downloaded. I don't remember what it used to be but now it's limited to 5,000 points. In the settings tab of your toolspace, expand out surface, commands, and double click on ImportGEData. Expand out Google Earth Options and change both the rows and columns to 70. This will bring in 4,900 points. Repeat the process for ImportGESurface.

I tried the fix Brian and I still get the same dialog box reply, even after restarting Civil 3D and Google Earth respectively. Is there another possible answer?
