Preview view

I can't see the drawing on a preview view when I am traying to open some existing drawing with Autocad Civil 3D 2013.

If you look in the options dialog, under the Open and save tab, there are Thumbnail Preview Settings. This may be unselected.

I reviewed that, but all is good, but still do not see anything.

I'm having the same problem on a new install of C3D 2013. So does this mean no preview is available in 2013?
