Pressure Pipe

Is it possible to draw an HDPE pressure pipe with an arc or curve in "plan" view instead of deflected tangent sections in C3D 2013?

Yes. While using the Pressure Pipe Creation Tools, press C for curve and Civil 3D will draw your pipe curved.
