I don't see why not. Two expressions with a series of if then statements. One similar to
IF(PipeLength/10 < 10,PipeLength/10, IF(PipeLength/100 <10, PipeLength/100, IF(PipeLength/1000 <10, PipeLength/1000, 99999)))
and the other like the above, but returning the number of 10's.
IF(PipeLength/10 < 10,1, IF(PipeLength/100 <10, 2, IF(PipeLength/1000 <10, 3, 99999)))
Then use the expression to create the label
FirstExpression x 10 (SecondExpression) ft
Add additonal IF then statements for longer lengths. I may have my math incorrect above, but I think it demonstrates the concepts involved.
