Point Table display different decimal places

I have a point table showing northing, easting, and elevation.  I need to show the northing/easting on half of the points to 4 decimal places, and the other half with no decimal places.  Is there a way to set the styles to show this in one table.  I would like to keep the table dynamic.

One way to do this would be to add extra columns to Table Style for Northing / Easting. Then in the text component editor specify the different precisions.

A second way is create 2 separate Table Styes and set the "Title Height" to 0.001 on Data Properties Tab for one table style and position talbles next to each other. Obviously each table would have appropriate coordinate precision value assigned.
