Point Labels rotate incorrectly in paperspace

Has anyone else noticed this? When rotating the view with DView TWist, point labels all rotate as expected in modelspace. But in paperspace viewports, they do not. It's as if the label attachment point fails to rotate, only in paperspace viewports. This causes the text to appear incorrectly in relation to the point symbol.

When I do notice it, I change the view orientation in the style composer to
the proper setting and all is well.

???

As far as I can tell, all styles DO have the proper settings, and there is a bug in Civil-3D. See the attached image. At least, I've found nothing in the styles that makes things look different in model space vs. paper space.

It seems that C3D does not rotate the label attachment point correctly in paper space. It looks fine in model space, but in paper space, the point label is too close to the marker.

It seems to be vey similar to the bug that has plagued the QLEADER command since its introduction, where the spacing between the text and the leader in the QLEADER is calculated incorrectly when the UCS is rotated.

Well, all I know is that I have always just used a temporary rotate and make
a view, then use my view in paperspace. I never use the dViewTwist routine.
I have been told that just does the same, maybe not. You might try that
method.
