Point Labels get rotated for each layout with a different DVIEW Twist

I have 5 layouts with different dview twist angle and I want to show some points on them as spot elevations. But they are rotated differently for each layout which causes overlap problems. 

 

How do I remove this automatic rotation for my point labels?

Try creating a Label Style with a different Orientation Reference.
