Plan Production Sheets... Plan view problem

I have created my plan view sheets and the station labeling comes in very small, almost in paperspace sized text (.12)

It is as if the vport scale factor is not applied to the text.  Any ideas?

Have you checked the drawing units and the paperspace (Page setup) units?

The plan production tool for plan view drawings somehow switched my plotter units from 1:1 to 1:25.4.  I corrected the problem and all is fine.

25.4 mm in an inch. Some imperial/metric setting getting messed up.

how do I change my plan production sheet from 1:5000 to 1:50000 scale since i need to increase the frame to create sheet
