Pipe Rules - Save - Error

Hello! I have a problem with Civil 3d 2013! Since one week, whenever  I apply rules  on the sewer or create a new network and want to save the drawing, I always get an error massage from civil 3d. (Systemfehler: Unhandled Access Violation Reading....)

Before the error message hase come, i create a new pipe rule and components catalog. I also changed the presettings from the canal network adjustments.

I already run an audit and WHERST on the dwg, but civil3d didn't find a problem.

I would be very greateful for any hints.

my system: IntelCore2Duo CPU 2.53.GHz; 4GB RAM; NVIDIA quattro fx 770m; windows 7/sp1/64bit ; civil3d 2013 german(Österreich)/all updates and servicepacks from autodesk.com (C3D2013 HF 1,2 ; pipe rule HF,...).

What do you mean by WHERST?  that command doesn't seem to be recognized.

Perhaps it is a german version of a command?
