Are you trying to make a model or just design drawings? We've used arch pipe and elliptical pipe periodically in our designs, but use the plain round pipe from the Civil3D pipe catalog when making the model and make a special label so the type of pipe (elliptical or arch) shows up correctly on the drawings. Afterall, all the contractor will see is lines on a sheet.

That's a big pipe, my calculations are that it weighs over 20,000 lbs per foot length,

That's not going to be efficient to build offsite and transport to the site.  That being the case you should revise your drawing to show on-site construction joint at the lower right and left leg.  In other words the vertical walls run straight down to the floor which would be poured flat.  Then the Vertical walls would be poured, and then the curved roof would be formed and poured.

Just use staight lines to show it in plan view and profile view.

Yes, that is a BIG PIPE! This pipe is larger than anything in the standard parts catalog. I'd consider one of two options. One is to use a 12' x 12' box culvert, the largest in the standard pipe catalog, and manually double the size for plan and profile views. The second option is to use the help dialog, look up the parts builder, and use it to build a custom pipe section you can use. Just follow the steps and you should be able to model this. There may also be a Youtube demonstration of building custom sections in parts builder to help you.
