Pick elevation for 3d points

This would be handy in at least two places,

1) in Quick Edit for feature lines, be able to pick a 3d point and pull the
elevation into the editor/set the elevation from the picked point.

2) in add points to a surface, be able to pick a 3d point to set the new
elevation.
