Parcels Crashing

I am having a problem with a drawing that has parcels.

I am able to create it, style the labels and print but I can't seem to open
it after it is saved.

It gets to 12% and freezes. I have tried any number of times with the same
result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Followup:

I looked at the XML report and it was creating multiple copies of each
parcel up to 20 different definitions of the same parcel. Standard 101(1),
Standard 102(2) etc.

I have tried exporting to XML by selecting each parcel only once (If I
select by crossing. I then imported these parcel into a new drawing. This
drawing also crashes.

I can think of nothing in my parcels that is unusual.

I posted the drawing and the XML file used to create it.

Thanks,

Got it, thanks. It was a bug that has been fixed for the service pack. I
can't offer any workarounds, you'll need the service pack to open this
drawing.

It's related to importing the parcels from xml and the duplicate lines from
the adjacent parcels.
