Hi,
at work we use custom paper sizes. We use HP Designjet 500 ploter and paper rolls of sizes 420, 610 and 910 mm. So I have made layout for all sizes: 410x420, 600x610 and 900x910 mm. To share files between computers we use TortoiseSVN. But leaving for longe time all sizes gets bad (page_setup_manager.png). Size from 410x420 becomes 409,96x419,95 mm. The same becomes in plot window too (plot.png). And to plot in right paper sizes we need to edit plot paper size again if not drawing is ploted in bad paper size (custom_paper_size.png). Is here a way to permanently bind good paper size to drawing?
Have you created a pmp (Plotter Model Parameter) file?
Is pmp mapped in the pc3 file to it's proper location?
Is the correct pmp file in the folder listed below in options?

Help for Calibrating Plotters With Custom Paper Sizes.
Hi,
thanks for reply. I don't know anything about pmp file. But I have it in configuration settings "HP Designjet 500 42 by HP.pmp it is in Ploter Configuration Editor under PMP File Name.
I tried to do as writen here http://docs.autodesk.com/CIV3D/2013/ENU/index.html?url=filesACD/GUID-EBE15E06-23FB-4A8F-B4CA-48B53E7... but in stage 6 I get an error message "
Unknown Error Code 102".
I realize that it doesn't say 410x420 exactly, but what happens when you print to this "bad" size? Does the 0.05mm make a difference? That's about the width of a human hair, give or take. Unless I'm misreading something. If it were me, i woiuld ignore this slight error and continue with my day. That is, unless you have some sizes that are far worse than that. But that's just me.
Anyway, you can't bind a paper sizde to a DWG, you can only save PC3 and PMP files and package them with the DWG.
Hi,
if shown size is not 410x420 exactly, but 409.95x419.96 than it prints on some other size. And it takes size from list of defaults. But you don't know which it will take until it is printed. And mostly drawing do not fit in paper.
Sizes 410x420, 600x610 and 900x910 is only in template, but actual size of drawing is 410xSize, 600xSize or 900xSize. Depending on the need. And always the size after some time gets lost. Maybe working with other drawings sizes other sizes are lost?
After you have it set up as you want. Have you tried saving a page setup? Once things work for you, hit Add in the plot Dialog box. You'll then be able to specify that (or other) setups when you plot.

Yes, I have added the sizes to drawing template. If I try to select, for example, 420 size, AutoCAD for few seconds are busy, but after few secons it returns to <None>. Can it be because of bad Page Setup? I have added my drawing template.
