PDF attachment showing bars?

Hi there,

 

I've attached a PDF to my drawing and when I zoom in a bit it shows horizontal bars all over the PDF. The bars show up when printing as well. This is the first time it has ever happened to me. 

 

My PDF Underlay contrast is sset to 100, fade to 0, monochrome No, and Adjust colors for background Yes. Changing any of these settings so far did not help.

 

I've attached a screenshot of a section of the PDF. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try graphics card setting like turning off adaptive degradation hardware acceleration, it may help
