Open Design Cad Files in vrs 2012

Is there any way to open or convert Design Cadd files to be useable in vrs 2012 ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please provide more information on what you wish to do.

What version are you working in and what is the proposed workflow scenario your hoping for?

I looked at the DesignCad site. It doesn't say what format they use. But it can export to DWG and DXF. No mention of LandXML. You'd either have to go to the originator of the file and have it exported or buy the program. $99 isn't that much.

Yes we discovered that we need the original program or to just buy the Design Cad. Which will then allow the files to be exported as dxf files that vrs 2012 will read.

I tried several different methods to get Deisgn CAD into C3D 2011 a while back, and couldn't find anything. Maybe Autodesk will buy them too. Then it should work
