Old 3 letter commands

Is there a way to get the Landdesk Top 3 letter commands into civil 3d? Like "lap" Layer Properties "laz" Layer Freeze and "lai" Layer Isolate. The ones in express tools do not work the same as the old LandDesk Top do.

I had the same request back in November. Take a look at this link to see what was suggested:

Hi Tom,
I did edit my pgp file for some of them, what would you do for the old lap macro. It was to change the property of a layer by picking an idem on that layer, you could even pick a nested layer.

I know the command, It seems that it needs to have a project associated with
it for some reason. I am not certain why. I believe that you need to
investigate a new procedure to get your results. Layers are handled a bit
different in Civil 3D if you have not already noticed. Within your styles
you should be able to create the layer properties to suite your needs on an
individual basis (if that makes sense). Each style can have a different
variation on that particular layer. The result will be your "civil 3d"
objects will be on the layer you specify in the drawing settings in the
toolspace (obj-parcel, obj-corridor) etc but the entities such as feature
lines, lines, arcs, labels etc will display the properties of the layer you
specify within the style ... holy crap I just confused myself. If I am wrong
in my understanding please correct me. Basically what you want from the
"lap" command may result in problems for Civil 3D. I hope that this is not
as confusing as I believe it is.
