Odd Error with styles

I have different drawings that seen to have similar errors.

This one in sites and in user defined properties.

This one in surface slope styles and in point label styles.

I have tried the usual of audit, purge, dgnpurge, etc. but I am not able to get rid of them.  In the site and point label, you are not able to choose feature for the anchor component, you can however choose another anchor point and the setting appears as normal.

I am experiencing the same thing in C3D 2013 SP2.

I am pretty sure it was fixed in 14 an dup Stacy. I don't believe the the fix was applied to 2013 but I would make sure you have all the latest updates.

FYI even with the fixes in 14 and up I still see this issue pop up every once in a while.
