I'm just about to install 2012 on a new laptop. This will be the first time I've installed 2012. It will be a stand alone install. I am experience with installing both individual and network licenses. I'll be installing from a downloaded file.
Does anyone have any tips that are specific to a 2012 installation.

also putting on .net frame work 4 on first just in case
