Need to set positive Y axis to negative elevations

Im working on a a set of plans for repairs to a breakwater and one of the client requirements is that elevation information be presented with the positive y axis increasing in the negative direction and the negative y axis increase in the positive direction.   I have been so far unable to find any way of doing this.

EDIT: I would need to do this with profiles as well as sections.  Currently I have approximately 2400 sections cut so I am hoping for a way to do this dynamically.  In the meantime I am sharpening my sledge hammer 🙂

I am working with multibeam bathymetric/lidar point clouds.

Does the software support this? Any help is appreciated.

I fear you cannot, sir. As a dirty trick, try this:

Command:

_UCS

_X

180

It wouldn't be too difficult to create a program that added the required labels for the elevations to the section views or profile views. For the labels you could use an expression and multiply all of the values by -1 and the place them in the labels. It would save time rather then converting all of the values by hand.
