No AFAIK they are not standard shape files. I have created a Fence.shx which I will attach. But I have no idea if it will look like the shape you drawing is trying to find. What it looks like to me is that you have custom shape files created as part of some linetypes. Look for a Fence and a Treeline Linetype. They're probably the ones missing the shapes.
If you know what these shapes are supposed to look like. You could try and create ones yourself. I'm presuming your asking because you can't get them from the creator of the drawing.
