Need Help With Civil 3D Ponding

I am new to this forum so bare with me, I am tying to create a dynamically linked pond cross-section  for one of my drawings. Basically what I am asking and trying to find out is to see if this is possible? I have created my ponding assembly and my corridor with my finish grade, everything looks good now instead of just creating a 2d cross section I want a Isometric one but to create that from scratch takes a little more time than I would like and if changes come down the pipe It will cost me more time, So if I am going to do this I need to find a way to have my isometric view linked to my originating surface. Thanks (any help or advice will be appreciated).
